- How to calculate CGPA?
Refer Clause 13 in the corresponding Regulations (2018/2018a/2022)
- How to convert CGPA into percentage?
CGPA is multiplied by 9.5 to get the percentage from 2021 admitted candidates for others CGPA is multiplied by 10.
- How do I get my Medium of Instruction Certificate?
The student shall submit a requisition letter to the COE office requesting for a Medium of Instruction Certificate.
- Is it possible to apply transcript in online mode?
Yes, it is possible under Student Verification Tab in the website www.gct.ac.in
- How to pay my examinations fees?
Open SBI Collect website
Choose College name
Select appropriate fees option
Mention your register No in the corresponding field
Pay the fees
- How do I apply for verification?
To verify institute issued certificates or mark list, or any other document user can upload the said documents at www.directverify.in and after completing the online payment, the institute will verify the credentials with their records.
- How to apply i-transcript?
Select i-transcript under the student verification Tab in the GCT website www.gct.ac.in
Select the appropriate service required and follow the steps specified with the requires document and prescribed fee
- How to apply for duplicate hall ticket?
The students can obtain the duplicate Hall Ticket by submitting a requisition letter and payment of the prescribed fees to the COE office. The COE office after due verification would provide the Duplicate Hall Ticket by mentioning “Duplicate” on the top of the Duplicate Hall Ticket.
- ow to apply for duplicate Grade Sheet?
In case of loss of Grade Sheet / Consolidated Grade Sheet, the students can obtain the duplicate Grade Sheet / Consolidated Grade Sheet by submitting a requisition letter to the COE office along with FIR copy for the lost original Grade Sheet, photocopy of the original Grade Sheets and payment of the prescribed fees. The COE office after due verification would provide the Duplicate Grade Sheet / Consolidated Grade Sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the requisition letter. It will be mentioned as “Duplicate” on the top of the Duplicate Consolidated Mark Statement.
- How to apply for Correction of Name/ Name change in the Certificates?
The student shall apply for Correction of Name/ Name change in the Certificates by submitting a Requisition letter to the COE office.
The student should provide a gazette copy reflecting the changed name
Pay the Prescribed Fees
The COE office will make necessary changes and provide the Certificates within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of requisition letter.
- When do apply for challenged revaluation?
Challenging the revaluation is permitted for those students who have applied for photocopy of answer script. The copy of the answer script is to be valued by a competent authority and the valued script should be submitted to the office of the COE along with prescribed fee for challenging the revaluation within 2 working days after the declaration of the Re-valuation results.
- When do get the course completion certificate?
Two weeks after declaration of the final semester results

- How to apply genuineness certificate?
Contact parent university to get genuineness certificate
- How to apply for bona-fide certificate with CGPA for higher education?
Procedure to apply for bona-fide certificate with CGPA
The student shall submit a requisition letter to the COE office requesting for a bona-fide letter with CGPA.
Student shall also submit relevant supporting document from the concerned higher education institution to the COE office.
- Where do find registration/ re-registration/ re-earn .. forms?
Available under Form Downloads submenu under COE Tab in the college website
- How to get regulations and syllabus?
Select the appropriate regulations link under the COE tab of the college website to download
- Who is eligible for break of study?
A student is permitted to go on break of study for a single break of one year only ( refer the corresponding regulations for eligibility )
- How to apply for withdrawal?
Student shall submit a withdrawal application recommended by the HOD to the COE’s office
- What is the limitation for credit transfer of SWAYAM courses?
Limitation of credit transfer is varied according to the regulations.
- What are the certificates issued for regular students of UG and PG?
I to VIII SEM mark sheet of UG
