Participated team:
Team “Shellastic” from department of IBT
Problem undertaken:
1. A solution for disposing off hazardous waste (egg shells).
2. A bioplastic (named 'Shellastic') production proposal.
The team passed two of the three hurdles involved in the competition namely,
1. Ideation program (PPT submission)
2. Boot camp (3 days training program conducted at Anna University Regional campus, Coimbatore)
Views of team leader !!!
We were shortlisted based on our PPT submitted, in the ratio of 1:20 for the ideation program , after which based on further scrutiny we were selected for the pre final round i.e., Boot camp where we were allowed to interact with specialists from the field of 'Entrepreneurship' and were also allowed to present our Idea. We were not selected for the final round, but our journey throughout TNSI 2019, turned out to be fruit of comprehensive knowledge and great experience!
