About the Faculty Development Training Centre
The first announcement about Faculty Development Training Centre was made by Honorable Minister for Higher Education in the year of 2014-15 in the floor Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. It was established in the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore campus at total cost of 9 crore in order to enhance the teaching skills of the faculty. It was opened by Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu through Video Conferencing on 24.06.2019.
